New to Opsive Behavior Designer and wishing to learn some new techniques, attempting to import the http://www.opsive.com/assets/BehaviorDesigner/samples.php file for UFPS:Ultimate FPS and receive the “Failed to import package with error: Couldn’t decompress package” from within Unity 5.4.0b21
My OS is Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Linux)
Downloaded file numerous times, unble to import any unity3d packages from this website.
I have researched Opsive forums and Google to try all answers found - no success.
Found if importing same unity packages within windows unity3d version, all packages import without issues.
After opening a new Unity project file i have been unable to import other sample files downloaded from website, further investigations found as i was using Linux Ubuntu 16, this was causing my “unable to import” and further “unable to set permissions” errors.
Loaded latest Unity3d into windows 10 OS and tested BD sample files - no issues found.
Problem was related to using Linux Unity3d with BD unity sample packages.
