Beast Lightmapping Intensity Issue (Bake Scene vs Bake Selected)

Hi all !
First post on the support section.
Here is my problem.
I’m using Unity Pro to bake an interior Scene with beast.
My light sources are planes in front of windows using selfillum material with Material Emmision set to 5.
Issue : When i bake the entire scene, everything is ok.
When i select one object in rebake in selected object mode, the lightmap on this object becomes brighter.
Seems like the more objects i bake in selected mode, the less bright is the lightmap.
Question :
How are the Final Gather Rays distributed on objects when baking ?
If i set the final gather rays to 2000 does it means 2000 for the all scene or 2000 for the selection i bake ?
It’s a real problem because my scene is 3hours long to bake entirely and when i add an object that doesn’t need to rebake the entire scene, it seems like it overtakes GI…
Thanks in advance for any answer !

Good question - I’m looking into bake scene vs bake selected, there are some things that are not so clear. It’s a good idea to have a parallel version of your scene with very low quality settings so that you can iterate faster than once every three hours. Also it can help narrow down specific issues that could be a bug. Talking of which if you can submit a bug for the light intensity / bake selected issue - preferably with a smaller scene, we can investigate. Let us know if you find out first FG selected VS FG Scene.

Thank you so much for your answer Olly, i’ll report a bug with a small scene in the report section.
If you’re investigating by your side, it seems like the bounce number set to higher than 1 produces over lighting when rebaking an object in selected bake mode (object that was baked before in bake scene mode)…
