I tried to lightmap a scene with beast (apartment) I’ve textured it in Unity, done a simple lighting in Unity and done all my unwraps in max ( UV Channel 2) because the lightmaps UV created by unity aren’t really much optimized and with the triangulation the maps aren’t really easy to clean.
After my beast render, my result is that all my lightmaps aren’t on the rights objects or the right UV…
Can someone tell me how do you do an proper lighting in general ? Should I forgive Beast and go back to the old school way → baking all the texture in max ?
For that error try to check if you have your lightmap unwrap in 0-1 texture space… Whole unwrap should be in square… unles you have others plans with it… To verify: open your unwrap editor and try Ctrl+A to select all, zoom out and verifi that all is in square…

I should done one wrong, I’m checking to find which one…
Do you have any ideas for the connection between beast and my unwraps ?
I use to use the “old school” technique which is doing my unwraps and my lightmaps in max then use lightmapped bumped diffuse or lightmapped diffuse shaders in Unity.
I think beast will be faster, but I can’t manage to get it work.
Thank’s for your help, now I know what I must looking for.
