That 's 2 days. i fight with the arfoundation-samples-main.
I meet few errors with scripts when opening and publishing.
Maybe versions problems…
i succed with some tuts. on the web by doing from scratch but i d like to take the benefits of the arfoundation-samples-main.

Team had a look at this one. Looks like from your screenshots that you scripts do not compile. You need to look at the error messages to understand the compilation errors.
Also, the arfoudnation-samples repository is an entire Unity project. It should be opened as a standalone Unity project and not imported/copied into an existing project.
