[Beginner]I get errors when I compile my script

When I installed Unity an error popped up and looks like Visual Studio haven’t been installed. I tried to write a script and it was fine until I tried to compile. I got errors. How do I fix it ? Can’t install Visual Studio.

I would uninstall Unity and re-install. When it asks what components you want to install, make sure to tick Visual Studio and MonoDevelop.

Then, if Visual Studio still isn’t working try using MonoDevelop, it’s just another code editor but a little less pretty.

Edit->Preferences->External Tools → External Script Editor (change to MonoDevelop)
