Behaviour of sibbling hierarchy constraints

Hi,

Could anyone confirm if this is the expected behaviour of the rigging package, or a bug?

Issue: multi-parent constraint which constraints a transform directly under the Rig Builder (so a sibbling to rig layers) prevents the root from moving (PlayerArmature in the example below).

Workaround: constraining a child transform.

This is reproducible on the Third Person Controller template.
