For some reason, I was billed twice for monthly subscription to Unity Plus via PayPal. I received an email saying my payment did not process via PayPal, but when I logged into PayPal it was paid from my bank account on the 3/26. Tonight I got another email, and I was charged (3/29). I have PayPal invoice and bank records to show.
Who do I need to contact?

Unity support was unable to help me. I was able to get my refund though PayPal.
Is it a new subscription? Sometimes when buying things online from a new place (Amazon) I get charged twice then it gets refunded in 2-5 days usually, otherwise you can open a dispute with your bank which will likely refund you immediately if its clear its a double charge.
I was over half way into my subscription. I paid it out after I got my refund.
