There are a few extra features. Some of them are significant, others are details. It is definitely a good idea to check the list, and compare it against what you might need for whatever game you are planning to make.
A big one is the render-to-target feature. This is used widely in game development for certain graphical effects. Not having access to it can limit some of the bells-and-whistles that you can add to your game. In some rare cases it can directly effect the design itself.
There are also some features not in the pro license that can be added in thanks to projects available on the Asset Store. Do a little homework/research, and keep your game design in mind.
Well the best reason is because of the dark skin.
