  • Lip Sync directly in the unity ?
    -Import premade facial animations ?
    -3D or 2D ?

because no 3D .
If the OP want directly LipsSync in Unity, he need a Unity asset and not a seperate Aplication… Therefore it is not really clear what he want exactly
