What's the best collider for a puck ??? What's the best collision (javascript) script for 2 pucks for a natural movement after the collision ???

A mesh collider should work. You might get better performance out of a number of capsules rotated about the axis that travels through the centers of the circles of the puck; you'd have to test.

There's no such thing as a "best script..."
