Which laptop will be best to learn Unity Game dev. considering usage for 2 years (2020)???
Without a doubt any laptop with the new AMD 4900. Like Asus upcoming G14. I have booked one for my son so no hands on yet. But the reiviews are very happy with it.
It depends on what “best” means to you. Maybe “best” means max performance at any cost, maybe it means good enough performance while being compact enough so you can dev on the bus, or maybe it means as inexpensive as possible while still getting reasonably good performance. Each would be an entirely different laptop.

Its probably alot cheaper in India or the US, i payed 25k SEK which is 2558 USD
if 1500 is your budget you could get a Asus TUF 507 with AMD 4800h and RTX 2060, 16 gig ram.
