I’m a hobby unity dev, and I want to go to the next level.
I’m trying to find a team that I could join to learn how to run an Unity project. I don’t care about being paid, as I don’t know how many hours I will be able to contribute each week.
Is there any place to find this? I tried Unity connect but I didn’t find what I wanted.
Ex : 1 main programmer that I can help with simpler task, and learn from him.

You could learn from (and possibly contribute) to the current open project, if you’re interested - you have access to the code as it evolves, can join discussions, etc. You’ll get to participate in development of a game being created from scratch. It’s also good timing, as it’s just beginning and related threads are quite active:
