What’s the best practice for grouping addressable into groups?

Would it be a good practice if I group all the assets into a lot of small groups so that players can have minimized download for a content update?

What is the bad side of having a large number of bundles?

Why is (seemingly) basic information like this so hard to find? Is there no addressables developer that could give some insights on this topic regarding best practices around bundle size?

Personally I don’t care about content updates, but am more interested in being able to unload smaller bundles from memory.
