Hi Unity Team and Veteran Game makers,
My team and I are working on a new mobile game, it’s a battle arena type game and we are wondering what the best practices are or recommended Polycount for a mobile game with these types of constraints:
10x10km map size.
20 Characters on screen
Character Polygon count = 700
Character with full armor Polygon Count = 2000
Our Map Environment would best resemble these types of games:

Some people say there should be less than 1million max Polygon count for the entire map with characters included.
