Hi guys, i’ve a scene with four cubes and a cylinder. When I enable shadows, in order to have decent shadows i’ve to set to ultra high quality (otherwise they’re “zigzag”)… Is there a way to create simple shadows (squares) without using high settings ? Thank you
Have you tried soft shadows? It interpolates the shadow points so its not as harsh. Take a look at this link: Unity - Manual: Shadow Cascades shadow cascades can also help–higher quality shadows up close, then low quality for far distances. And for static objects you can bake lightmaps, that way you don’t need to calculate shadow rays. But there are hundreds of issues if you go that route. Not to mention the non-interaction dilemma.
P.S. Nice Big Boss picture!! xD So stoked for MGS5!!!
Soft shadows are great ! Thank youu
P.S. i just can tell you… “HYPE” :Q___
