Is there possibility to participate in Unity Beta testers group? Maybe there are some special conditions, or projects depends?

The first rule of beta test group is that you don’t talk about beta test group.
Just kidding. Truth is, I think they pick people who they want, and asking is a negative. Contribute to the community in a positive way, and hope.

Its not hard to find the download link. But there must be reasons they don’t want everyone with it.
Beta test is offered usual to people who can contribute.
If you have a project (or more) that push the boundaries or make extensive use of the upcoming features, you can write them and ask to join the beta test.
But if you are just eager to test the new features, then wait for release.
