better license problem contact info

Hello,

I am having a license issue and have put in a proper support request however it has been over 24hours without a response. meantime i am unable to publish my games. what is the typical turn around time for this type of issue or is there a better contact (NOT email) that i can use to get this resolved today?

I live in Japan if that matters.

Just put the world license in the subject line an you most likely get an answer within 24 Hours (license related emails get the highest priority).
