BIG BUG- Could not download the asset I bought

I’ve bought an asset from the store and I cant access it. The freaking asset store page (in unity editor) is stuck for several days on the gray page and is showing nothing. This situation is becoming annoying.
Could you please provide a link for normal download next to the one that says Open in Unity? It will be a normal thing to do since many time I found myself in the position to download the asset in a particular directory not the default one (not to mention I had to scrap the internet to found out the location for downloads).

afaik it is not possible to downlaod assets from the store outside of unity. if it does not work in your editor try to reinstall it (and maybe set the login credentials again). if nothing helps contact unity support directly.
