You still haven’t solved the largest problem I see my non-technical colleagues have with downloading older Unity versions - finding the download archive. Have you considered adding a link to it in the hub? See the image I attached to [this post]( [Request] Patch releases and earlier unity versions page-2#post-3613108) for what I mean.
