Billing Problem

I attempted to purchase Water+ Lite from the asset store last night. I kept trying with the direct purchase and the paypal with the same credit card. I received a message saying the cardholder declined it or something. I gave up, but when I checked the card transactions I was charged twice. The pack is $5 but I was charged twice for $10. It wont let me even download the asset. If the forum is the wrong place for this, how do I get in contact with Unity? Don’t have outlook so the link at the bottom under Contact doesn’t work. I contacted the developer for the pack but the forum is so old and might be dead. I don’t know. Please help. For my first asset “purchase” its a turn off.
