Black bar in bottom of screen on some Android phone

Hi guy, I just encountered a strange error. When I open my game on Android, for most device, it works fine, but for some device, it shows a black bar at the bottom of the screen as bellow:

On Vivo S1, which has issue: https://images2.imgbox.com/96/2b/C6glyG5G_o.jpg

Some note:

  • I have tested on several devices:

  • Pixel 6, Pixel XL, Samsung S9, Samsung A12: work fines.

  • Issue only happen on Vivo S1.

  • On issue device, when I minimize the app, then open it again, the blackbar gone and it work as normal.

  • This is my build config in Resolution and Presentation section:

Hey, I did faced this issue. Hope you’ve already resolved this issue. In my case I have the following setting to false:
Project Settings > Player > Resolution and Presentation > Hide Navigation Bar Turning this setting back on resolved the issue.
