Black patches after applying lighting

Hi i’m having these black patches, with just normal lighting. Below is before vs after.
Any ideas? Just normal unity 2021.3, settings also below.


Settings

The settings you sent are from baked lighting, but you haven’t baked any lighting yet.
If you want baked lighting try that (use the GPU instead of CPU for more speed).
If you want realtime lighting look at the lighting and shadow settings in the URP asset and adjust the values (especially depth and normal bias)

thanks for your advice. Actually it was baked, just that the screenshot was taken in between or switching around.
Anyway i did more digging and it turns out i had some UV overlaps. The models were designed on sketchup, so still figuring that one out.
