Black screen but not ANR in some android devices when build in Unity 5.0.0f4

While I tried to run our Android app in MX4 Pro , I got a black screen . but the program is still running. The green fps tips I enabled in the android developer setting is refreshing.

So I tried again:
1、Create an empty project .
2、Add a cube
3、Build to APK and install in MX4Pro.
4、Got BlackScreen, even without the splash screen black/white Untiy LOGO .

My Unity Version is 5.0.0f4.
btw: It will not be happend in Version 4.6.1 .

There’s some error display in logcat:
error:
HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_2_V4L2_PIX::unmatched HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT color_space(0x108)

Android Version: 4.4.4
GPU:T628MP6
CPU:Exynos 5430
