Black Spots in Progressive Lightmaps

Hello,

I am having significant issue with the progressive lightmapper in unity. It is generally doing a great job but it is creating black square spots all over my indoor environment. it is also creating dark spot in several areas where it looks like the rays or not finding. I have lightmap Uv’s checked and my baking settings are relatively high. Every time I bake it, the black spots move to a different spot. Any help would be great!
