Black spots

Hello
We are trying to do a baking process in our company for a project.
and fail to do so in UNITY5.11 and even with UNITY 5.2, in the end of the baking black spots are appiring. We enclosed the setting of the lightmapping that we use in the project.
the only way in which we think the black spots will disappearance is that if we rise in Precomputed Real Time-
in the Resolution tab to a number higher then 0.5 but if we doing so the baeking proses is stuck

Try baking just with precomputed realtime checked and baked light unchecked, and then try with just baked light checked and precomputed unchecked. That way you can isolate which is causing the problem.

If baked is giving you problems try turning on final gather at 1024 or higher.
If realtime is giving you problems you will certainly have to raise the resolution. .1 is terribly low.
