Blank Error on Startup and Blank Package Manager window [Ubuntu 22.04]

I have 2 Blank Errors on Startup on a fresh project.

there’s also the Package Manager being invisible but all the elements are there and clickable. I don’t know if its noticeable but its kinda blurry also
