Blank error window when trying to launch Unity 2019.2.0f1

I have changed absolutely nothing from the last time i used Unity (yesterday). Today i went to open a project im working on and Unity refuses to launch and gives no error log, just a blank window; i tried launching from Unity Hub and directly from the executable but both yield the same result

Downloading the old version of Unity Hub from this thread https://forum.unity.com/threads/old-version-of-unity-hub.620128/ helped to finally launch my project while also having access to the Asset store.

I had this problem and running the hub as a non-admin fixed it.
