Blend Shapes make texture change

I changed the mesh on a VRoid to make it my own version of the model (less anime) When I Export it to Unity this happened to the blend shapes. A strange shine. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

I made a new blend. and even that blend is broken.
In blender the texture looks fine.

I hade to check Legacy Blend Shape Normals.
