Blend Textures + Beast Lightmapping?

Hi!

I'm looking for a shader which can blend two (or more) color textures together, using a mask on the second uv chanell, and is capable of working together with Beast, and support real time pixel lit lighting. My question if this is even a possibility, or I'm missing out on something?
