[Blender] Cylinder Normal issues

Hello,

I am trying to bake normals from a highpoly cylinder to a lowpoly one. However, whenever I bake the normals, the lower poly cylinder always ends up having hard edges, instead of the smooth ones I was expecting. Help?

I didn’t know you could bake vertex normals in blender. How do you do that?

Last I heard, this was still a missing feature, and users have been trying to add it themselves.
