Blender Head Animation

Could some please post an example of there o of a head but with its bone structure to get an idea how its made?

What I had found so far is that in blender with shape keys its easy but heard that shape keys dont work on unity, and I dot have bucks to buy some program that can do.

Or is there a way so?

I tried some auto head rig from blender nation but it has high amount of bones, does this affect performace?

You might want to take a look at this little video by Nathan Vegdahl (he is responsible fot the “rigify” add on in blender).

It is a very simple mouth rig. I have not explored it deeply but it would seem to rely on good weight painting.
