Blender import - directions?

Does everyone else get it that when you export FBX files from Blender when they import Up in Blender is Forward in Unity, and moving an object forward with Rigibody Addforce moves it behind (so you have to create it in Blender with the forward arrow pointing to the back of the model?

It’s a bit confusing and I’m not sure if I’m simply not selecting something to correct output (or input).

And we talk about which version of Blender?

Current Blender version from Graphicall is known to have a little object orientation problem. But the official 2.57.1 release should export in correct orientation.
