Blender imported tree for terrain is sideways.

Hello there!
I modelled a small tree in blender. When I imported the tree into Unity, it is all right when I hand place it. But when I try to paint the tree onto the terrain. It appears sideways, I can’t edit the rotation. These are the things I tried:

  • Edit the prefab with the right rotation
  • Change the rotation in blender
  • Flip the terrain sideways. So the trees would be all right. (Note: Terrain can’t flip. I noticed xD)
    I need to place down a lot of objects. It is just tooo much to place. Thank you!

I can offer a suggestion that I read once: make sure you baked / saved the rotation in blender? ( Can’t remember the exact term the person used).
I don’t have any experience with this personally, but saw someone mention this in some previous post about blender rotation once upon a time. :slight_smile:
