If your model is bone rigged, here is what to do, make a test copy of your model, remove the bone rig, and then import it into unity. Let’s see what happens from there.
Or maybe it could be an import problem. So try this:
In blender, select the object. Then go to Object, and then apply the scale, rotation and location. Hopefully this method works.
