Blender texture with UV not covering mesh

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out whats going on with my wall here, in blender I select it, UV unwrap it fine - it renders in blender absolutely fine.

I’m saving the blend file and then importing to unity and I end up with a partially textured object which the textures flicker a bit on?

To me it looks like there is same object duplicated twice. One copy has offset to the right and it has no textures on it. Z-fight might be the cause for the flickering.
