Blender To unity [HELP]

Anyway i have been having this persistent problem probably the most simple problem but i do not know how to fix it.

So here i go at explaining it, Every time i try to export to unity maybe a rigged hand from blender the blender rigged hand will go back to rest position after being exported to unity this is driving me crazy and ruining my game making experience if anyone understands what i am blabbing on about please reply. I prepared to pay at this rate… just to fix it.

I should display the rest position. Once you play the animation, things will be the proper places according to the animations. if you want to change the position it is in when not playing, modify the rest position. Or just create a default idle/anim that has the pose that you want.
