Blender to unity help

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right thread so I’m just gonna take a shot at it.

In blender my model (below) looks fine.

But when I import it to unity the front of the house only looks very bizarre and I don’t know how to fix it.

If anyone knows how to fix this I would very much appreciate it.

That’s most probably a shading issue. Your mesh looks smoothed. In the Importer in the Normals & Tangents section turn Normals to Calculate, and chose a angle value that gives you sharp corners where you want them. Looking at your roof you may need around 60 here.

The other part is the material setting. It’s a bit too shiny. And i would use a normalmap here too. But that’s another thing.

Just setting the normals to calculate fixed it all, thanks man!
