Blender to Unity models not working?

Hi. I was making a model in blender, and when I was done, I transferred it to unity, and it became completely deformed. I tried changing the file to .obj, but it didn’t change anything.

Recalculate normals in blender

Yeah, as MadJohny stated, your normals are backwards make sure to flip normals.
