When I import my M4 model into a test scene in unity that has one light, the m4 is lit on the wrong side. It is lit on the side facing away from the light, and dark on the side closest to the light. Is there a way to fix this, and if so is it Blender's or Unity's problem?

1Try going to Blender and flip the normals. Also, how did you save/import the file for Unity, as a .blend file or other? I've found that .blend files don't seem to 'honor' the 'solid' face settings, and 'smooth' meshes have this odd look. If I export as Collada 1.4 it seems to work better.
It will also look, esp if it spins, "inside out" if this is the problem.
