Blender to Unity, UV map is missing detail along edges


I’m new to this, but i’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out whats going wrong & searching the forums, but no luck. When I import the .blend or export .fbx, I end up missing many of the black lines you see in my Blender screen shot when I use the files in Unity. I’ve tried using FBXConverter to embed the media and that did not work either!

Any ideas? Thank you for any help.

I was able to get the texture to display properly by using Tiling and Offset in the texture component tab in Unity. However, I think I am still having an import issue from blender that could be time saving, if anyone has advice there.
