Blender to Unity, where is my NLA animation? ,Non-Linear animation blender-unity, how do I access my animations?

Hi, I have successfully uploaded by blender project into unity. I opened the animations tab and I have one NLA strip prepared in the .blend file. I am able to pose the model in blender save; and the results show up in Unity. However I don’t know where to find the non-linear animation sequence I have created. Can anyone help?

Can I sneak one more here. I have 3 “shape key” animations in blender and I want to use them as “blend shapes” in Unity. I read this can be done with FBX. Should I use FBX instead of .blend
Will I be able to import additional animations as I continue to work?

please answer either question or both.
