BlendShapes from Cinema4d

Hi, I’m using Unity 5 and trying to import Blendshapes from Cinema4d pose morph tags. Has anyone been able to do this without using CDFXB? I have tried exporting to all the FXB version, and also tried to export from C4d to Maya. I haven’t been able to get the blendshapes into unity.

Haven’t been able either and I’ve been waiting for years… Neither Unity or Maxon seem to be in any hurry to implement this. The Unity documentation still states that PLA (Point Level Animation) is not supported and to use bone animation instead.

I was hoping that Cinema 4D r17 would update it’s pose morph system, but no dice. I really hope it gets addressed soon because it’s really the only thing missing.

5.4 is coming up - any news on Cinema 4d Blendshapes ?
