Hi everyone. Here is a game called Blingy. We’ve finally got the online highscores to work. Try to beat them
new highscore!
i don’t play these sorts of games so at first it seemed too random (lol i guess that why its called ‘random’) but then i learned you can strategize quite a bit.
one suggestion i would make is if you look at other games in the genre they put alot of effort into making the static visuals of the screen very colorful pleasing to look at - as it is now the backround you have is a little bland in comparison - i’d try to punch it up a bit.
plays great though, nice one ; )
Nice, I got the 7th highest score in Random mode. I’d also suggest making the highscore tables viewable without actually playing the game.
very nice ill play it at home

Nice work Daniel, love the music too.
Well done Daniel (and Andy) Ive had something like this running around in my head for a while, theres something about a game with primitives thats pleasing…
If Im not mistaken, this is a surefire hit on a game portal?
Great music and sound fx-Did you license it or is it friends you know?
Well done mate.
And when my internet disconnected, it alerted me with the appropriate message where the high scores should be…

I’ve shared this with a few friends and they’re addicted. We’ve found a few bugs if you’re interested in fixing them… Sometimes (at least in the random setting) balls are spawned that just fall outside the cup. I’m guessing this is probably because the balls are actually spawned too close to each other and one is pushed away. Second was less of a bug and more a feature request. A button to turn off the music and a way to view the high scores w/o starting a game.
Definitely need music toggle
Nice game – the random version I find addictive. The other not so much.
Thanks for all the comments. Check out the changes.
Adding to WMG when I get a moment! Great work!
Cool, thanks.
Doh! Just stumbled over this one. I played the game idea behind this game long long time ago on the old NES or SNES systems (don’t remember the name). Fun game. I made once a prototype of this kind of game and now port it over to Unity when I now found this post. Funny. I’m developing a very very similar game to yours.
My 8 year old daughter keeps asking to play it…She loves it! But downloading stuff on dialup’s not practical unfortunately…
It is really cool though.

Here’s a dial-up version. It’s very small, so you’ll have to play iTunes if you want music.

Let me know how it works out.
Goes well Daniel, about 2.5 minutes downloading.
Good stuff, might even run on real low end gfx cards?
Thanks for that, Jade will be stoked
Aaron
Nice addictive game
Just a quick nit:
The word is “lose”. “loose” is the opposite of “tied up” or “bound”. “lose” is the opposite of “win”.
Oops. Thanks
I love it … totally addictive … totally relaxing … I especially loved watching the behaviors of the “balls” as they squash each other against the others in random mode … a really simple game Idea beautifully executed … inspiring stuff!!
Thank you, I’m glad you like it.
