Blocked Account

Good morning,

I received an email where my Unity Technologies account has been blocked with no reason written.

I tried to contact support and the automatic reply says “significant delay in our response times and the SLA is 2 months”.

I’ve no product shipped (so no 200k more limit exceeded), I’ve never returned any asset store product.

So what can I do? I can’t use any of my asset and I can’t login in my Unity account.

Could try unity discord also, if any support person could have a look.

In the meanwhile, check if

  • Are you using personal edition with company email, or from company network?

Based on Discussion information, you have Joined on March 31, 2019.
So you can access to Unity Discussions, but not to Asset Store, right?

They said that Discord channel is not the proper way to have official support, cause it’s a community place
