Blotches on meshes in Unity 5

I am having this problem with baking lighting in 5. I am getting these baking errors randomly on different bakes every time I rebake lighting. The second image is a lighting error on the floor where cannot pin point the problem. I tried surrounding the area with solid meshes to block lighting from the outside which there is not and I am getting the same affect. I started with the default settings and then increased the resolution. Even though the lighting improved in different areas. The blotches changed to different meshes.

I have the same problem. I had a single room lit and it looked pretty good. In it where 16 spot lights.

I then added another room along with its corresponding array of 30 spot lights (it is a big room) and the same blotchy light maps started showing up.

Perhaps it is an issue with the number of lights? If not I’m not sure what it is.

I got the "GI output for system: … is missing " message in the console, as other Unity 5 users
