Blurriness and flickering, Need some advise regarding HTC Vive & HDRP render pipeline .

Hi!,
I am Using HDRP for HTC vive & the rendering in HTV vive is not clear enough , i Have tried using all versions of 2019 unity.
a) There is a lot of Flickering in the view when we use HTC vive Only with HDRP.
b) There is Blurriness in the View when we Use Temporal Anti-Aliasing.

It would be great if you guys give me some advise and suggest me if there is a fix that i should be aware of.

Did you try MSAA (with Forward mode) to check if the quality is improved?
Also, you can try to enable “Geometric Specular Anti-Aliasing” on problematic materials: Redirecting to latest version of com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition
