As in topic. I want to blur image, I was searching for shaders, scripts, but I didn’t found anything free/usable in Personal version. I can’t afford Unity Pro/any shaders, because I don’t want waste money on programming for fun. Is there any way to blur image? Please reply 
Change the mipmaps of your texture ? It should do the trick I think.
What is “an image”. A texture? Your camera view?
unity image effects have blur too…
some free blurs,
some old blur effect shader
can blur texture with a script too,
*note: unity personal version has same features as pro (rendertextures used to be pro only, not anymore)
