I have created a terrain with pretty much standard settings. When using orthographic camera I have blurry rectangular areas both in scene view and in game view. When using a perspective camera I don’t have this problem. I am using Unity 2021.2.0b16 with Terrain tools 4.0.3.

It looks like this is somehow related to Mipmaps:
Any ideas what is causing this? Is this a bug or is terrain not intended to be used with orthographic cameras? I did not have this problem with earlier versions of Unity (earlier versions of 2021.1), but I would have to research to find out when it got introduced (I had ignored this problem for a while) and I might even be wrong with this statement.
