Bone axis are wrong

Good day,
I’ve 3d model of man, and would like add rotation of the head…Two week I thought Axises in Unity shows are correct. But today I found follow: Below two image.
On first image there are not any rotation of head, but you can see coordinate system.
Then I add 90 degrees around OX but head rotated around OY axis. WHY !?!? Why I see wrong coordinate system =(

I’ve found answer… there is button for change global and local coordinate system.
