I was wondering how can I get bones to work from 3ds Max?
I put bones on my model (Testing with a simple cylinder first), and it doesnt do anything... Like, I remember seeing this video of a guy with a rope I believe, and when he moved the rope around, the model moved accordingly, like in real life. I remember I was looking up bones, but I can't find the video now, and I just want to know how I can do this easier...
If you have Unity3D 3.0 you could also open the Bootcamp demo, the building (where the mission ends) has a lamp hanging on the seiling. This lamp uses the Hinge Joint technique.
